We are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to join an international technical support team within the Renewable Energy sector.
The role is suitable for junior and mid-level candidates looking to grow professionally in a dynamic and stable environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical requests received by phone and email;
• Create, monitor, and update support tickets;
• Escalate and dispatch cases to the appropriate engineering teams;
• Communicate efficiently with international customers and partners;
• Ensure SLA compliance and follow internal procedures;
• Participate in training and development programs.

Working Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
