As Customer Care Specialist, you …

• Process service orders, spare parts orders, and customer offers, ensuring timely invoicing and tracking.

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and handover of equipment and services.

• Support tender processes and administrative tasks related to service activities (e.g., ISO processes, stock inventory).

You’ve come to the right place in our team if you have …

• High school diploma or higher education, preferably with an economic background.

• 2–3 years of experience in order administration and logistics within an international environment.

• Strong business knowledge and understanding of business processes, accounting, and commercial contexts.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP), CRM tools, and Salesforce.

• Romanian skills and proficient English (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication skills, customer-service oriented, independent, precise, and structured.

• Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to a constantly changing environment.
