📋 Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers by phone or e-mail, regarding their feedback about the company's services;
• Resolving complaints and challenges from customers, redirecting the situation to the head of the department or another department when necessary;
• Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram);
• Review Hunter – searching and responding to comments or reviews posted on the internet;
• You close sales and update information in the system, following internal procedures;
• You actively contribute to reaching the monthly sales targets;
• You present the company's services in a clear, professional, and transparent manner;
• You provide support to clients before, during, and after the contract is signed;
• You collaborate with other departments to ensure an efficient flow of information;
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain clearly;
• Self-motivation, resilience, and openness to learning and development.
  

💼 Requirements:

• No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage;
• English and German at an advanced level (written and spoken). Knowledge of the English language is a plus;
• You should enjoy talking to people (by phone and email); it should be easy for you to communicate with your new colleague;
• Enjoy interacting with customers, even those who are challenging;
• Be patient to explain and help even those who "understand" more difficult; 😊
• To know what the sense of duty means, to be calm only when you know that you have finished your work;
• You are self-motivated, you get over a failure quickly, and you just learn the lesson.
