Requirements:

• Fluent ITALIAN - written and spoken as well as excellent comprehension skills
• Able to listen, connect and solve problems of our customers (screening plans, technical issues, payment, streaming devices, content, etc)
• Experience streaming on various devices (TV, phones, gaming systems, etc)
• A basic understanding of computers and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc)
• The ability to quickly adapt to change with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• The drive to be successful and contribute to the success of others
• Preferably have experience with working in a customer service environment
  

This is a work from office position in Cluj-Napoca.
