Job Description
We're growing our Services organisation and looking for a senior Customer Deployment Project Manager to bring dedicated, end-to-end ownership to a high-visibility, complex client programme inside our Product Services Division.

Role Focus & Operating Context
This is a Customer Deployment Project Manager role within Product Services, focused on owning end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding from kick-off through to go-live. You'll drive multiple concurrent deployments simultaneously, combining structured project management rigour with the relationship skills to guide customers confidently through the process, unblock issues swiftly, and build trust at every stage.
This is not a passive plan-tracking role. Success requires structured delivery discipline, sharp stakeholder instincts, and the ability to lead customers — from operational contacts through to Senior Leadership — through complex onboarding journeys with clarity and pace.
What you'll work on and own

  • End-to-end deployment delivery, from signed contract through to customer go-live
  • A portfolio of concurrent customer deployments, delivered on time, in scope, and to a high quality bar
  • Cross-functional task coordination across Alliants deployment, engineering, support, and third-party vendors
  • Customer governance and communications — kick-offs, project reviews, and escalation forums
  • Detailed deployment plans reflecting dependencies, risks, and resource constraints
  • Salesforce-based project tracking that gives the wider business accurate pipeline visibility
  • Senior stakeholder relationships, including Business Sponsors and executive contacts
  • Continuous improvement of deployment efficiency, reducing time-to-go-live across the portfolio

Job Requirements
What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SaaS, technology, or hospitality-tech
  • A track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects to time, scope, and quality
  • Strong command of structured delivery methodologies — building and managing detailed plans, tracking dependencies, and holding teams accountable to milestones
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, confident leading governance forums and handling difficult conversations with customers at all seniority levels
  • Active listening and problem-solving orientation — able to identify root causes quickly, propose solutions, and maintain forward momentum
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)

  • Remains calm, pragmatic, and decisive when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and delivery pressure

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end deployment delivery, driving each project from signed contract through to customer go-live across a portfolio of concurrent engagements
  • Coordinate cross-functional task delivery — assigning, sequencing, and tracking work across Alliants deployment, engineering, support, and third-party vendors, removing blockers before they impact timelines
  • Lead customer governance and communications, running structured kick-off sessions, regular project reviews, and escalation forums that keep customers informed, aligned, and confident throughout their deployment
  • Build and maintain detailed deployment plans that reflect dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, and keep Salesforce updated to give the business accurate pipeline visibility
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships, engaging Business Sponsors and executive contacts with authority and clarity, translating technical progress into business language and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Continuously improve deployment efficiency, identifying patterns across projects to streamline processes, reduce time-to-go-live, and raise the overall quality bar
  • Collaborate closely with the Deployment & Readiness Lead, internal engineering and support teams, and customer stakeholders, using Jira and Salesforce as your primary tools
