Our platform helps container depots, leasing companies and shipping companies digitize and streamline maintenance, repair and operational processes.Survey Compass is part of the HHLA Next innovation ecosystem and benefits from the network and industry expertise of the HHLA Group, with connections to major international players in the container and shipping industry, including MSC.The RoleAs Customer Implementation & Project Manager, you will own customer implementations from the handover from Sales through to successful go-live.You will be the central point of contact for customers and coordinate Sales, Product, Development and Support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.This is a hands-on role where you will manage customer requirements, coordinate technical activities, oversee testing and actively drive projects and issues to resolution.
