About the Role:

We are partnering with Cisco to identify an experienced Customer Project Manager to join the Cisco Customer Experience (CX) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple medium-to-large infrastructure and networking projects for Hungarian government customers. Acting as the primary customer-facing project lead, you will coordinate technical delivery teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for a Project Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, managed services, or enterprise technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, profitability, and delivery metrics
• Act as the primary point of contact for Hungarian-speaking customer stakeholders
• Coordinate Cisco delivery teams, technical experts, and external partners
• Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Lead change management activities, including scope and contractual changes
• Ensure compliance with public sector governance and contractual requirements
• Support customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business growth

Required Qualifications:

Must Have

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Professional fluency in Hungarian and English
• Experience delivering IT Infrastructure, Networking, Telecommunications, Managed Services, Cloud Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology projects
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proven experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Experience working in multinational and distributed delivery environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification
• ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4 certification
• CCNA or CCNP certification
• Experience working with government or public sector customers
• Experience delivering Cisco-based or enterprise networking solutions
• Familiarity with network infrastructure technologies including:
• Routing & Switching
• Security Solutions
• Collaboration Technologies
• Data Center Infrastructure
• Managed Services
