leJOB RESPONSABILITIE

S:• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and suppor

t.• Support new product launches, including pre-production trials, product qualification, sample approvals, and PPAP submissio

n.• Maintain product quality documentation in line with IATF and customer requirement

s.• Implement and monitor control plans, product quality standards, and equipment validation activitie

s.• Participate in FMEA development and lead 8D problem-solving activities for customer complaint

s.• Conduct root cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate results to customer

s.• Monitor KPIs, PPM performance, warranty indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiative

s.• Coordinate customer, IATF, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with quality standard

s.• Lead and support quality technicians through training and guidanc

e.• Prepare quality reports and statistical analyses, collaborating with internal departments, suppliers, and external quality organization
