Key Responsibilities
- Market Management and Reporting
- Manage relationships with current and potential clients within assigned territories.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client accounts, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and actively contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Director and Back-Office teams to finalize offers, discounts, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Organize and participate in product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Gather and transmit client requests for quotations (RFQs) to the Back Office and ensure their timely follow-up and completion.
- Monitor order deliveries, payment status, and ensure pending invoices remain within set limits.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and special activity reports, including market and sector updates.
- Build and maintain accurate client databases, including new leads and distributor contacts.
- Plan and conduct regular client visits in the assigned territory to strengthen partnerships, gather market intelligence, and achieve sales objectivesKnowledge Development & Competitive Intelligence
- Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of RKB standard and non-standard products.
- Understand in detail all technical applications of RKB products used by clients.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of RKB standard price lists and those of competitors.
- Gather, evaluate, and report market and technical information relevant to client needs and opportunities
- Keep abreast of technical developments, product updates, and industry trends to better serve clients.
