• Creating service orders in SAP.
• Planning and scheduling field interventions in Salesforce.
• Allocating technicians and communicating with local teams and internal partners.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

2. Technical Customer Service Admin (English)
Requirements: 1 year of experience in Technical Customer SupportThe TCS Admin role focuses on administrative and back-office operations, providing essential operational support to the technical department.

• Managing service requests via email and Salesforce.
• Creating orders and notifications in SAP.
• Processing DMRs (Debit Memo Requests) and updating master data.
• Managing documentation for technicians and third-party partners

Working program

• Office Location: Bucharest

• Work Model: Hybrid (2 days remote + 3 days in-office)
• Schedule: 09:00 AM – 18:00 (break included)
• Hybrid Setup: (Mondays and Fridays from home)
