Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer requests (by phone and in writing) in French
Providing accurate information and effective solutions in line with internal procedures
Maintaining a professional and customer‑oriented approach in all interactions
Complying with established quality standards and security/confidentiality policies (GDPR)
Using work tools and applications accurately in daily activity
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customers’ experienceWhat we are looking for:
French language mandatory - proficient level (C1)
English language – advanced level (B2)
Strong communication and customer‑relation skills
Solution‑oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to handle dynamic volumes of activity
Attention to detail and compliance with internal procedures
Ability to work with deadlines and willingness to learn new things
Previous experience in customer service / call center is nice to have, but not mandatory
