Customer Service Professional with French
Responsibilities

• Managing customer relations for own customer portfolio;
• Order acceptance and processing in the ERP system;
• Checking and ensuring the availability of goods;
• Order tracking until deliver;
• Managing information flow between internal and external customers;
• Active management of customer queries;
• Managing customer queries and claims related to products or processes;
• Ensuring information accuracy regarding customer and material master data;
• Other sales supporting activities;
• Help in training and supports the onbording for new hires;
• Proposes solutions for identified problems encountered in the daily business;
• Participate in project integrations;
• Using the CRM tool for specific activities;
• Creation and maintainance of SAP master data;
• Demand check and issuing of purchase orders.
  

Qualifications

• Typical entry level for college/university graduate plus up to one year of job relevant experience;
• Experience in similar position / BPO industry;
• Advanced English and French knowledge;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.);
• Experience in working with SAP and/or CRM tools represent an advantage;
• Independent and responsible way of working;
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Innovative mindset;
• Fact-driven and strong analytical skills;
• High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.
