You support our team as
Customer Service Professional with German
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions related to service and repair orders, order confirmations, and order status updates;
- Process standard and moderately complex quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency;
- Coordinate with suppliers by sending purchase orders and updating delivery timelines;
- Perform proactive follow-ups with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations;
- Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to address and resolve service-related challenges;
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate customer and order records;
- Register tickets for pre-sales and sales-related subprocesses to support internal workflows;
- Provide basic administrative support for handling customer claims;
- Serve as a back-up for colleagues during absences, ensuring continuity of service;
- Offer support to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment;
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet service deadlines;
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business, or Technical studies is a plus;
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales-related roles;
- Proficient in German and English;
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office; TEAMS (incl. Planner), intermediate Excel knowledge required;
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage;
- Open mindset toward process improvements and innovation;
- Strong analytical skills and a fact-based, detail-oriented approach;
- High level of motivation and an open, transparent communication style;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude;
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player;
- Strong customer orientation and a solution-focused mindset.
