Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery
• Support customers and sales representatives with day-to-day communication
• Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
• Process orders and maintain accurate data in SAP and internal systems
• Monitor delivery schedules and communicate any delays to customers
• Send order confirmations and coordinate delivery timelines
• Handle invoicing, credit notes, pre-payments, and payment follow-ups
• Support complaint and claims handling together with the sales team
• Maintain customer and product master data in SAP
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other internal departments
• Ensure smooth and efficient customer service processes
• Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization

What We Are Looking For

• Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or a similar role
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• English language skills at B2–C1 level

Nice to Have

• Experience working with SAP
• Experience with ERP or order management systems
• MS Office 365 knowledge
