3-5 years of experience in logistics. Automotive industry background is an advantage
English language at very good level, written and spoken
Advanced PC operating skills (Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
Experience in customer and supplier management
Experience operating ERP systems
Used to interrogate and complete data on customers owned portals
Analytical person, well organized, proactive attitude, customer oriented and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills both oral and written.

Keeps the production plan up to date by entering and checking all customer orders, including electronic orders and loading schedules, in the MRP system;
Ensures completion of all orders and facilitates change from old to new references as well as any last minute changes due to changes from customers or internal changes in the MRP system;
Manages and resolves product or service issues by resolving customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, communicating corrections or improvements, and attempting to secure a resolution;
Ensure that in the MRP system, prices for finished products are updated in the system and notify the sales department of any non-compliance;
Check in the MRP system the orders received from customers, including information related to planning, purchasing, production and delivery;
Orders and then tracks daily deliveries from suppliers to ensure the stock of material needed for production;
Contact customers by email or phone to ensure all requirements have been met, address urgent requests, coordinate deliveries of materials to the customer and facilitate production;
Update delivery report up to date to maintain information flow at plant level;
Check the customer's portal daily to detect any inconsistencies in time and ensure the correct flow of information;
