Your main objective is to:
Make our clients’ travel dreams come true, helping them to reserve the best accommodation for their next vacation, offering them support on their requests and keeping them satisfied and loyal for future services!
The position is a summer job for the period of May-September.
Working hours shift between 9:00-17:00 and 13:00-21:00, including holidays and 2 weekends per month.
Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone and email
• Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them destinations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
• Resolving questions, concerns, or obstacles that may prevent a booking
• Ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and confident throughout their travel planning experience
• Know the organization's products inside and out in order to advise clients and resolve their inquiries
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
