What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound customer interactions related to mobile services, internet packages, billing inquiries, account support, and digital services
• Provide support for customer app-related inquiries, navigation, account access, and service functionalities
• Deliver clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication across customer interactions
• Troubleshoot common technical or connectivity issues and guide customers toward effective resolutions
• Manage service requests, follow-ups, and customer records accurately in internal systems
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, or additional services when relevant
• Escalate complex situations appropriately to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain quality and productivity standards aligned with operational goals

About the project:
You will support customers of a highly appreciated European consumer brand offering telecom and digital connectivity services alongside innovative mobile app experiences. The role combines customer care, digital support, and service guidance to help customers stay connected smoothly and efficiently.
What we’re looking for:

• Advanced English level (C1)
• Availability to work fully on-site in Cluj-Napoca
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and CRM platforms
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
