As the Customer Service Representative in Cluj-Napoca, you will be part of the European Customer Service team in which you will be responsible for Italy. As the point of contact for external customers and internal departments, you deliver fast and reliable communication and follow-up orders. You will answer all incoming calls, and you will place orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards). You will advise our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail. In addition, you will give administrative support to our sales force in Italy. You will report to the local Team Leader.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Be part of the European Customer Service team, acting as the primary contact for customers in Italy and Malta and internal departments, ensuring fast, reliable communication and thorough order follow-up.
• Answer all incoming calls and accurately place and manage orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards).
• Advise our customers on the product range, order status, and open orders via telephone and e-mail in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Support the Sales Office by handling customer-related questions and directing them to the appropriate contacts in other departments when needed.
• Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files, documentation, and data accuracy to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
