What You'll Do:

• Process rail and hotel booking requests using client-specific applications and tools;
• Communicate with clients' points of sale via phone, chat, or email to ensure timely booking processing;
• Update systems with relevant information accurately;
• Ensure high-quality transactions in line with predefined standards;
• Follow attendance schedules and team guidelines;
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist the supervisor as needed;

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-have:

• Fluent in French and English (C1 level)

Preferred:

• Knowledge of the travel domain;
• Basic experience with Amadeus;

Technical Skills:

• Strong PC skills and Microsoft Office proficiency;
• Quick computer navigation;
