Ford Business Solutions Romania is looking for a

Customers Service Agent with German to join our Ford Credit Team in our Bucharest office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

  • Responsible for effectively managing relationships with sales team, dealers and customers, using available communication channels, including phone, email, Teams, and others. Ensures clear and prompt communication, facilitating information exchange and coordinating activities necessary to support project objectives.
  • Executes system changes as requested by customers, such as updating personal data and payment notifications. Prepares shipping documents to customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Manages advance settlement procedures, informing customers and dealers of amounts due and monitoring monthly deposits for return. Controls the lien registration/waiver process and explains the structure of customer invoices.
  • Monitors and analyzes creditor files, ensuring necessary documentation and coordinating with insurance or debt collection companies, for the reimbursement of balances in the event of death, disability or non-payment.
  • Processes the necessary reports for financial activity on a daily basis.
  • Manages online payment operations, either by card or through other methods offered by the company. Ensures the necessary management for collecting payments in Ford Credit accounts, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of the company's financial processes.
  • Responds to requests for information from Official Bodies, including Courts, and other relevant institutions.
  • Ensures the provision of accurate and complete information, complying with all legal regulations and internal procedures, to support transparency and compliance in relations with authorities.
  • Is responsible for recording each interaction through which it provides customer assistance, using the systems provided by the project.
  • Handles complaints, ensuring that all interactions are managed according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Reports to the manager any incident encountered during the processing of the request.
  • Ensures compliance with procedures during the processing of each task.
  • Meets objectives both individually and collectively.
  • Performs other project-related tasks as requested by the line manager.
  • Participates in meetings organized by the line manager, client or other departments.
  • May present his/her activity report to the manager, if requested.
  • Informs the line manager of commercial or project opportunities that may arise.
  • Is responsible for reporting to the line manager any suspicious activities that may be illegal or that may involve money laundering or tax evasion. In addition, manages contact with clients in case of non-payment, ensuring that all communications comply with legal regulations and internal procedures.


Are we looking for you? Yes, if you have:

  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in the role of customer service agent or collection
  • Skills: basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge of German, written and spoken
  • Intermediate knowledge of English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus (example: French, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
  • Problem-solving attitude, decision-making ability, analytical skills
  • Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on finding solutions
  • Ability to work independently, organizational skills to guarantee quality and on-time delivery.
  • Ability to work in a team and adaptability on multiple levels of the organization
  • Professional integrity
  • Good communication skills (written/spoken), facilitating collaboration
  • Motivation, ambition and decision-making ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
