Manpower is recruiting an experienced Customer Success Representative for one of its clients, a fast-growing SaaS company delivering advanced reservation and restaurant management solutions.

This role is specifically designed for professionals with extensive hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, particularly those who have worked as Restaurant Managers, Operations Managers, or Senior Concierge / Guest Relations Managers and are now looking to transition into a client-facing, strategic role within tech.

In this position, you will fully own a portfolio of Dine-In restaurant clients and act as a trusted advisor, guiding them throughout their entire lifecycle — from onboarding and training to performance optimization and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key stakeholders
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of the platform
• Provide proactive support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize usage of the application
• Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct regular on-site visits to restaurant partners, providing in-person support, training, and strategic guidance
• Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the Product team on platform enhancements
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to drive engagement and retention

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a restaurant, group of restaurants, or a hotel in Bucharest
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising Guest Relations or Concierge teams
• Good command of English
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and software
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business success
