Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key stakeholders
● Lead onboarding and training to ensure smooth and efficient system adoption
● Provide proactive support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform usage
● Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
● Conduct regular on-site visits to restaurant partners, providing in-person support, training, and strategic recommendations to optimize their app experience
● Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance the platform
● Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic reviews to drive engagement and retention
Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years experience in managing a restaurant/group of restaurants or hotels in Bucharest
● Minimum of 2 years experience in supervising Guest Relations or Concierge
● Good english level
● Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
● Tech-savvy – comfortable working with software and digital tools
● Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business success
