We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with German and English (minimum B2 level) to join our team in Bucharest.

📍 Location: Bucharest

🏢 Work model: Full on-site (first 6 months), then Hybrid.

• Monday – Friday
• Shift-based schedule:
• 09:00 – 18:00
• 10:00 – 19:00
• 11:00 – 20:00

📍 Full on-site from the office based in Bucharest during the first 6 months of activity. Then, it will be hybrid.

💼 Role Overview

As part of our support team, you will be responsible for handling customer requests and incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution, while delivering a high-quality support experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Receive and log internal and/or external customer requests, problems, or issues
• Identify customer needs and follow defined procedures to resolve them correctly
• Document troubleshooting steps and customer information in dedicated tools
• Escalate incidents or transfer cases when required to ensure proper resolution
• Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure effective communication
• Develop and maintain knowledge of:
• Customer business environment
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Department KPIs
• Products, industry standards, and internal processes
• Participate in on-the-job and classroom training sessions
• Provide voice support, including handling inbound and outbound calls with employees or stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in BPO
• German & English – minimum B2 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
