About the Company
Felicity Solar is an international provider of residential energy storage solutions, including hybrid inverters, LiFePO4 batteries, and complete solar backup systems.
As we continue to expand our business in Romania, we are looking for a local team member to support our customers and partners in the area of after-sales service and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-sales support to local customers and business partners
Handle inquiries from dealers, installers, and end users
Communicate daily via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels
Identify basic issues related to inverters and battery systems, and escalate complex technical cases to the technical team
Record and follow up service requests according to internal procedures
Coordinate with the local warehouse regarding spare parts dispatch
Support the service, complaint handling, and approved replacement processes
Prepare weekly reports on complaint volume and case categories
Maintain professional and efficient communication with customers and partners
Requirements
Fluent or native Romanian
Good working level of English
At least 2 years of experience in customer support, service support, after-sales, or customer relations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Basic technical knowledge is an advantage, especially in areas such as:
inverters
batteries
solar energy
electrical / electronic equipment
UPS / backup systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the solar energy or energy storage industry
Experience working with installers, distributors, or B2B partners
Experience in complaint handling and after-sales processes
Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and service coordination
