The role
Manage customer interactions via multiple channels, including voice
Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
Essential Requirements:

• Good level of German & English language
• Customer experience mindset with demonstrated empathy

This is a work from office position in Brasov.
