About Our Client

Our client delivers Essential Instruments with Outstanding Service to ensure safe and energy-efficient homes, industry & transportation.

Purpose of Role

You’ll ensure our products are sent safely and securely around the world as our customers request, using the most cost-effective method possible, and complete all necessary paperwork.

You’ll also look after our UK customers as and when requested.

*A one-year contract, with the possibility of extension

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage international customer orders from start to finish, including invoicing & shipping documents in conjunction with our international team in France
• Help our UK customer service team process orders & quotations

You’ll also work with:

• Our After Customer Service teams in the UK & South Africa
• International Sales team

Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:

• Great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English essential, intermediate level of German
• The ability to multitask & quickly change priorities to meet your team’s needs
• Initiative so you can work alone & in a team
• A flexible, positive & passionate attitude towards work
• Great references confirming you’re as good as you say you are
