We are recruiting a team of German speakers for a newly launched project of our client in the financial services industry.

The role involves handling phone-based cases where outstanding payments exist. You will speak with individuals or companies from Germany who have unpaid invoices and, through dialogue and negotiation, identify a suitable payment solution.

What you will do:

• Contact clients in Germany by phone regarding outstanding invoices.
• Analyze the situation and the reasons for delayed payments.
• Negotiate payment solutions (full payment, installment plans, etc.).
• Handle objections or disputes.
• Document each call in the system.
• Follow up to ensure agreed payment commitments are respected.

What we are looking for:

• German – advanced level (essential).
• English – advanced level.
• Very good communication skills.
• Negotiation abilities.
• Resilience in handling tense situations.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with computer systems.

Candidates with experience in the following areas are also a great fit:

• Call center
• Customer support
• Customer service
• BPO / services
• Client relations

Attitude and willingness to learn are very important.

Schedule

Work is aligned with the German time zone (Romania is +1 hour).

Shift-based schedule, 8.5 hours/day (50-minute break), 5 days per week, with 2 consecutive days off.

Possible intervals:

• Monday–Friday: 07:00 – 22:00
• Saturday: 08:00 – 20:00
• Sunday: Closed
