You'll be the daily link between our customers and suppliers, making sure every order, delivery, and request is handled correctly, on time, and with professionalism. You'll work directly with our ERP system and the sales team to keep track of orders, invoices, and stock.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with customers and suppliers, responding to their enquiries quickly and professionally
• Process sales orders from placement through to delivery, making sure documents (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists) are accurate and sent on time
• Enter and update data in the ERP system : orders, supplier invoices, goods reception and stock
• Track deliveries and coordinate with the forwarders for both domestic and international shipments
• Use your knowledge of our products and services to offer solutions that meet customer needs
• Work in an organized way, following internal procedures, and collaborate closely with the team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer support is a strong plus, especially within the fashion or textile industry
• Young candidates at the start of their career are also welcome — we provide structured training, no prior experience required
• You're curious, organized, and detail-oriented
• You enjoy communicating and connecting with people from different cultures
• You have a positive attitude and are happy to work as part of a team, in a dynamic environment
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• University degree
• An interest in the fashion and textile industry is a plus
