At Giant Group we have an exciting opportunity for Customer Support Specialist (Payroll & Timesheets) to join our growing team.


Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Payroll & Timesheets)/ (Suport Clienți / Angajați – Clienți din UK)

Department: Employee Support Officer

Location: Hybrid – initially at home, office based in future at Suceava, Romania

Salary: 7500 RON per month

Hours: 40hrs, 8hrs per day, 10:00–19:00 (Romanian time), Monday–Friday

Tenure: Permanent

About the role

Employed by Native Teams in Romania, you will work as the Customer Support Specialist/ Employee Support Advisor for Giant Group in UK.


You will be the first point of contact for UK-based contractors and agency clients, supporting them via live chat and written communication with queries related to timesheets, expenses, pay, and the employee portal. Therefore, you will be you will be answering online written and live chat queries from our field contractors and agency clients to successfully answer queries and handle any complaints all the while maintaining and providing a high-level of customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Responding to high volumes of live chat and written queries from UK contractors and agency clients
  • Supporting customers with timesheet and expense submissions
  • Providing clear guidance on pay, payroll cycles, and the employee portal
  • Resolving queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Escalating complex cases when required and ensuring resolution at first contact where possible
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive customer experience
  • Working towards customer satisfaction and quality targets


Your ideal experience & competencies

  • Very strong English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer support / customer service / helpdesk / call centre
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs, and multiple systems
  • Experience with live chat or ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, calm, and professional communication style
