🔎 What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from corporate travel clients;
• Provide navigation support for online booking tools (OBT);
• Assist with e-invoicing requests and password resets;
• Guide clients through the booking process and replicate bookings when needed;
• Troubleshoot website issues and escalate complex cases to Level 2 support;
• Follow client travel policies and internal procedures;
• Ensure high-quality service and maintain excellent client relationships;
• Track, report, and help resolve system or site issues;
• Meet response time and quality targets;
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives;

Advanced French & English (written, spoken, comprehension)

Knowledge of the travel domain

Good PC and Microsoft Office skills
