• Education: High school degree or completed Bachelor's degree / equivalent practical experience.
• Languages: Advanced English language skills (C1 level, written and spoken).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field; recent graduates with excellent English communication skills are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills; adaptability and fast-learning capability.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team, high reliability, and context-based decision-making skills.

• Serving as the primary contact for English-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues across multiple channels (inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat).
• Managing peak season high-volume operations (e.g., Black Friday, Back to School, national holidays) for a major e-commerce platform.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the internal ticketing system.
• Taking ownership of customer complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary, and ensuring timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Assessing customer needs to achieve high satisfaction levels, adhering to communication procedures while adapting to individual customer scenarios.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Location & Work Model: On-site in Bucharest.
• Employment Type: Full-time, undetermined contract.
• Shift Schedule: 2 shifts covering the window 09:00 - 01:00 (09:00 - 18:00 & 16:00 - 01:00, Monday to Sunday), with transport provided for the late shift end.
• Onboarding & Training: 1 week of initial training (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00) followed by 1-2 weeks of nesting.
