A major international BPO company, with an office in Iasi open since last year, is growing its Customer Support team. They're looking for people with good English who want a stable job and a well-established team to join.
What we're looking for:
Good English skills (B2-C1 level)
People who communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
What you'll be doing:
Talking with customers from English-speaking countries, mostly inbound calls (90%)
Solving problems, answering questions, and logging everything in the system
Occasional outbound follow-up calls
What you'll get:
Paid training — 7 weeks, in small groups, so you're never on your own
A truly international work environment
Rotating shifts between 10:00 and 22:00
Saturday shifts (11:00-19:00), depending on workload
