• Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Polish, or Italian;
• Business proficiency in English (B2 minimum), both written and spoken;
• Prior experience using the required language in a professional context, with the ability to handle industry-specific tech terminology;
• High flexibility, fast learning capability, and acute attention to detail;
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical decision-making, and good typing speed;
• Previous experience in a BPO, customer support, back-office, banking, or finance environment represents an advantage;
• High commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and strict adherence to procedures;
• High school diploma / Baccalaureate degree (mandatory requirement);

• Provide omnichannel customer support via telephone and email regarding account inquiries, savings products, and platform navigation;
• Handle back-office operational tasks and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests;
• Maintain high data accuracy and record every customer interaction in accordance with strict legal and procedural requirements;
• Support digital onboarding and assist clients with continuous problem resolution.

• Full-time schedule (8-hour shifts), Monday - Sunday within the 09:00 - 20:00 interval (2 weekends worked per month);
• Work arrangement: 100% Remote (WFH) or Onsite (depending on location and language project).
