Descriere:

This position involves a mix of administrative, communication, and coordination tasks, similar to a documentary assistant role. The role requires working with internal systems, managing customer-related processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration between departments.
A. Core Orders and Management Tasks
The role includes entering orders into the ERP/CRM system (Salesforce), sending confirmation emails, and following up on ongoing processes. You will also track payment status and provide basic support for collection activities.
B. Customer Communication
You will handle shipping updates via email and phone, maintain active communication with the logistics department, and manage daily customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
C. XFN Issue Escalation
The position involves escalating operational or customer-related issues to internal teams (sales, logistics, supply chain, after-sales, finance) through the direct supervisor (France Head). You will ensure efficient resolution, track escalation status, record updates, and maintain clear communication until each issue is resolved.
D. Report and Data Maintenance
You will be responsible for CRM data maintenance, including updating customer information such as addresses and ensuring data accuracy at all times.
The work schedule follows fixed core hours from Monday to Friday - 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
Experience & Required Skills
• Linguistic Excellence: High proficiency in French (C1–C2 or native) and good English skills for daily communication
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage data accurately and maintain organized records
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and effective communication with both customers and internal teams
• Responsibility & Work Ethic: Serious, dedicated, and responsible approach to daily tasks
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and ensure proper escalation and resolution
• Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with multiple departments in an international environment
• Proficient Computer Skills: Comfort working with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) and office tools
