We are looking for German-speaking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team of "game-changers" and work with leading brands in industries such as tech, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare.

What you'll do in this role 

As a Customer Support in the field in our team, you will: 

• 
  
• Informing customers about issued invoices, their product and service packages, and landline and internet subscription rates;
  
• Selling products and services from the client’s portfolio;
  
• Providing technical support for issues related to internet and telephone devices (routers, landline phones);
  
• Serving as the first point of contact for issues with telephone/internet devices and escalating them to other departments if the problem is more complex;
  
• Participating in activities aimed at improving performance metrics (workshops, training sessions, coaching activities).
  

Your qualifications

• German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (spoken and written);
  
• Strong computer skills;
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
  
• Results-oriented;
  
• Ability to multitask;
  
• Willingness to work shifts (9:00 AM–10:00 PM);
  
• Willingness to work on weekends (1–2 Saturdays per month).
