What You’ll Be Doing
- Specific postpaid customer lifecycle management (acquisition, onboarding, upsell/cross-sell).
- Analyze consumer data and behavior to identify opportunities for personalized consumer journeys and NBx recommendations.
- Improve customer experience and drive revenue growth by targeting the right customer with the right offer at the right time and using the right channel.
- Use data as a valuable source of customer insights and key competitive advantage. Learn how to harness data effectively to drive meaningful, actionable insights.
- Take an active role in cascading and implementing CVM initiatives transversally across the company, with a focus on fostering consumer retention and loyalty.
- Combine key strategic elements (Commercial acumen, commercial alignment of segment and base management plans to business priorities) and operational elements (detailed planning of activities, execution and performance tracking).
- Transition away from traditional, business-driven campaigns and communication channels. Explore the concept of insight-driven campaigns that prioritize customer needs and preferences, ultimately satisfying, retaining, and acquiring new customers.
- Express marketing needs to technical and IT teams effectively.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CVM efforts, provide regular reports and insights to Commercial top management.
Work Closely With
- Proposition product managers to develop offerings that meet evolving customer needs and preferences;
- Sales, Digital and Customer Service teams on targeting and providing valuable customer insights that aid in tailoring sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities;
- Data & AI teams to maximize efficiency and efficacy of using available customer data and predictive scoring models. Look for improvements and innovation to drive better insight and use it in developing enhanced customer journeys to drive better experience and customer retention.
- Work with Finance department to accurately monitor CVM initiatives impact and create transparency of CVM program within the Company.
What We’re Looking For
- Dedicated, positive attitude, self-driven professional to drive our efforts in keeping customers happy with Orange services while ensuring we drive Revenue and Margin growth through x-sell/upsell commercial strategies.
- Use of cutting-edge analytics to drive business insight and apply it to current operations to achieve true competitive advantage and maximize revenue growth.
What You Need To Know/have
- Strong understanding of marketing, CVM & digital needs of our key market stakeholders;
- Growth mindset;
- Extensive frontline experience (shops, call center, door2door) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Experience in delivering multi-channel customer value growth campaigns;
- Strong commercial understanding of business KPIs and Romanian telco market specifics;
- Experience of working in an agile delivery model and using digital tools to track workflow delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization;
- Experience using customer analytics & insights to drive action;
