We are looking for a motivated and curious CyberSecurity Risk Analyst to join our Cyber Security team. The successful candidate will proactively search for threats across the organization’s infrastructure, and help improve the organization's detection and response capabilities.This role is suitable for candidates ranging from Junior to Mid Senior - Level, depending on experience and demonstrated technical skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding attacker behavior, developing new detection rules, automating repetitive tasks, and continuously enhancing threat detection capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform threat hunting activities to identify threats that may have bypassed traditional detection mechanisms.Correlate security events from multiple data sources to identify suspicious or malicious activities.Identify and investigate attacker TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.Conduct proactive searches across endpoints, networks, and security logs to detect compromises and indicators of attack.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of detection rules, use cases, and monitoring content across security platforms.Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripts, SOAR platforms, and other automation technologies.Document investigations, findings, conclusions, and recommendations resulting from monitoring and threat hunting activities.Stay current with emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, threat actors, and cybersecurity industry trends.Develop and maintain security baselines, standards, and operational procedures.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory1-7 years of experience in cybersecurity (Junior to Mid Senior-Level, depending on the candidate's experience and skills).Good understanding of networking concepts, Windows/Linux operating systems, and communication protocols.Hands-on experience or practical knowledge of EDR, NDR, SIEM, and other security monitoring and event analysis platforms.Ability to analyze security logs and identify suspicious or malicious activities.Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and attacker TTPs.Experience or strong interest in security incident investigation and threat analysis.Advanced scripting or automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset.Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and the ability to independently drive tasks and investigations through to successful completionNice to HaveExperience in threat hunting and proactive threat detection activities.Knowledge of detection engineering, threat intelligence, IOC analysis, IOC matching, and behavior-based detection techniques.Experience with SOAR platforms and security process automation.Familiarity with malware analysis concepts, phishing investigations and forensic techniques.Certifications such as eJPT, Sec+, CEH, GCIH, GCTI, PNPT, or equivalent Show more Show less
