YOUR responsibilities as a Procurement Trainee will include (but not limited to):

• 
  
• Procurement team support: Administrative tasks related to procurement activities: contracts follow-up, reports, data collection and analysis, internal stakeholders support on procurement topics.
  
• Budget and cost management: Contribute to budget and forecast preparation by collecting relevant internal spending and needs and market information. Continuous monitoring of spend and market evaluation. Ensures timely submission, accuracy, and consistency of purchasing reports.
  
• Compliance management:  Ensure that relevant company procedure / policies are kept by conducting ad-hoc checks, control and work closely with Internal Controlling to assure committed targets.
  
• Project management: Participate in company’s projects and ensure successful implementation – Zycus CLM, Buying Desk, DPO track.
  

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Procurement Trainee with the following profile:

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

• 
  
• Student or recent graduate university
  

• 
  
• Fluently in Romanian and English, spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
  
• Excellent skill in use of MS Office; SAP would be considered an advantage
