The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened in Bucharest with Kubrick. We are looking for high-quality graduates and early career professionals who are ready to launch a career in data & AI (but don’t yet have the skills or experience) to help support our clients with some of their biggest challenges.

Who We’re Looking For

• A degree (7.5 or above) in any subject (STEM or non-STEM) excluding Computer Science)
• Fluent English (C1 level or above essential)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Graduated by June 2026
• Right to work in Romania without company sponsorship
  

Salary & progression
You’ll be paid a salary from day one of training, which will increase throughout your career with Kubrick:

• Training: 4300 - 4400 RON net/month*
• Associate: 5,700 - 5,900 RON net/month*
• Senior Associate: 6,900 - 7,100 RON net/month*
