The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened in Bucharest with Kubrick[CL3] [SC4] . We are looking for high-quality graduates and early career professionals who are ready to launch a career in data & AI (but don’t yet have the skills or experience) to help support our clients with some of their biggest challenges.

Who we’re looking for
A minimum 7.5/10 (or equivalent to a 2:1) in a STEM degree
Fluent English (C1 level or above essential)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Right to work in Romania without company sponsorship [CL11] [SC12]
Salary & progression
You’ll be paid a salary from day one of training, which will increase throughout your career with Kubrick
Training: 4300 RON net/month
Associate 5,700 RON net/month
Senior Associate: 6,900 RON net/month

[CL1]Is this the standard about us information we use on our other job ads and specs?
[SC2]Yes we’ve started using it across other ads
[CL3]We need to ensure that the wording of the advert doesn’t imply that they will be working for a client directly it needs to be worded that they are our employees working on project work for clients
[SC4]I can tweak it so it’s clearer they are employed by us. Do we want to steer clear of talking about the client then (even if we can’t name them)?
[CL5]What's the wording we normally use on accelerating your career?
[SC6]We normally say ‘rapid career acceleration’ and emphasise that they will progress faster than they would elsewhere

[LC8]From my perspective OK - as agnostic as to whether consultant has been on talent or sol deployment. But let's get E/S to opine

[SC10]They should be as we’re building the digital presence, but maybe safer to remove for now just in case we can’t promise it
