We're looking for a 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 to join one of our Data Warehouse and BI teams working with a client in the 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿. You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology — translating real business needs into reliable, scalable data solutions, and making sure that the numbers everyone relies on can actually be trusted.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆

• Team up with business data owners, data stewards, and consuming application teams to 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, validate expected functionalities, and align on priorities and dependencies.

• Dig into data from multiple sources to spot 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀, keeping the Data Warehouse reliable and trustworthy.

• Write the technical specs that make things happen — 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗲𝘀 — for DWH and ETL processes across domains like Client, Product, and Transactions, including data mart design, reporting, and analytics.

• Help design 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹, 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀, and define business terms aligned with industry standards such as the IBM Banking Data Warehouse (BDW) model.

• Bring data under governance: record definitions in the data dictionary, maintain metadata, and set the bar for 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆.

• Connect the dots across business and technical teams to 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 — before they become headaches.

• Author the documentation people actually want to read — business requirements with technical mappings, process and workflow notes, use cases with transformation logic, and ETL write-ups covering source-to-target mappings, validation rules, and change-impact analysis.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺

• 3 𝘁𝗼 5 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 as a DWH/Data Analyst on complex projects, ideally in 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.

• A solid grip on 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 and how BI solutions actually get built.

• Hands-on 𝗦𝗤𝗟 chops — you can write the complex queries (Oracle is a strong plus; SQL Server, Databricks, Snowflake are very welcome too).

• Real experience preparing 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 and working with multiple stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.

• Working knowledge of 𝗘𝗧𝗟 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 and data pipeline architecture.

• Familiarity with 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 best practices (Glossary, Data Quality, RDM, Lineage).

• Strong knowledge of 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀; a background in Finance & Accounting is a real plus.

• Sharp 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 skills — you can diagnose complex requirements and propose a solution that actually works.

• Excellent 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, written and verbal, to align with diverse stakeholders and define business terms clearly.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Experience with 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 and building conceptual, logical, and dimensional models.

• Experience with 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 and 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 (Glossary, DQ, RDM).

• Experience in 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.
