• Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)
• Cyber ​​Security
• DevOps/DevSecOps
• Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions
• AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

•Project management methodologies: Uses project management methodologies to manage project plan
•Navigating the business: Utilises knowledge of practices and approaches for managing and navigating the organisation to support project/programme objectives.
•Change management: Uses a systematic approach to deal with change, transition or transformation of an organisation's goals, processes or technologies, implementing strategies for effecting behavioural and cultural change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change.
•Industry knowledge: Demonstrates a depth of hands-on knowledge of the organisation’s industry and domains.
Communication: Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.
•Problem Solving: Defines a problem, generates solutions, and evaluates and identifies the best solution to overcome the problem.
•Process improvement: Seeks new ways of working continuously to make processes run smoother and faster.
•Relationship building: Interacts well with others, quickly establishing rapport building positive relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and has Ownership of the master Programme Plan using MS Project to assist with Programme governance and to help facilitate on time delivery
• Definition and execution of appropriate Programme Plan change control in line with existing best practices and Group Delivery Disciplines
• Using MS Project and other appropriate tools monitors and reports delivery progress day-by-day against the plan
• Supports stakeholder engagement and senior management feedback via best on class status reporting
• Provides input to Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) log throughout the lifespan of the Programme, working closely with owners to track, report and resolve risks, escalating where required
