We value experience, but even more, the person behind it.Together, we build the future of SAM.About The RoleAs a Data Analyst in our Xource team, you will help turn raw software data into accurate, recognizable applications that power the Xensam platform.You will identify and research software data collected from customer environments and enrich it with the right metadata. This includes understanding applications and determining information such as software manufacturer, license type, product family, category, and other relevant details.The role combines independent analytical work with quality control, customer support, and different projects within the team. You will learn our products and internal tools in depth while gradually taking greater ownership of customer data and software normalization.This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and getting the details right.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze raw software data and normalize it into recognizable applicationsResearch software and enrich applications with accurate metadataMaintain high data quality through reviews and improvement projectsWork with customer data and provide technical support to customers and end usersLearn and work across different areas of software normalization, including groups, suites, license suites, and operating system typesContribute to the continued development of our internal tools and normalization databaseQualificationsEducation in IT and/or a few years of professional experience within ITSolid experience working with WindowsGood understanding of how software applications are installed and executedStrong attention to detail and a structured, thorough approach to your workSelf-motivated and comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independentlyComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamAble to learn new tools, systems, and technical concepts quicklyComfortable working with customers and explaining technical information in a clear, user-friendly wayFluent in English, both written and spokenWhat you getA key role in an exciting international expansion.The opportunity to help build our office in Romania from the ground up.Three days in-office (with remote work on Mondays and Fridays).
