Purpose of Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will provide analytical support aligned with business needs, transforming data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. You will work across multiple business areas such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations, helping stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve outcomes through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to meet evolving business requirements across various functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Python, and PySpark to support business insights.
• Apply statistical techniques, including population analysis and hypothesis testing, to interpret data accurately.
• Support predictive modelling initiatives to identify trends and forecast outcomes where relevant.
• Communicate analytical findings through clear data storytelling, ensuring insights are actionable and understandable.
• Work with data from multiple domains, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to support cross-functional decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analysis outputs.

Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau (or similar alternatives).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Python and/or PySpark for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of VBA for automation and reporting tasks.
• Understanding of statistical concepts, including population statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Familiarity with predictive modelling techniques.
• Ability to perform data storytelling and translate analysis into business insights.
• Ability to link analytical outputs to business performance drivers and objectives.
