Your Impact
Yardi is expanding its Resident Screening Analytics team and is looking for detail-driven Data Analysts who can transform complex data into actionable insights that drive real-world decisions. 
In this role, you will help ensure our clients place the right people in the right properties by delivering accurate, data-driven evaluations of potential residents. Using statistical and visual analysis tools, you’ll gather, interpret, and translate data into clear insights, providing a comprehensive view of applicant trends. 
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What You'll Bring Along

• Strong statistical analysis and data mining capabilities 
• Proven experience handling data-intensive projects with high accuracy 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Ability to clearly present analytical findings to diverse audiences 
• Independent decision-making and critical thinking abilities 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory) 
  

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with databases 
• Familiarity with statistical/analytical tools 
• Experience working with CRM systems
  

What You'll Do

• Execute data projects using statistical and visual analysis tools 
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights 
• Create clear reports, charts, and visualizations for stakeholders 
• Analyze industry trends and integrate external data into analysis 
• Deliver actionable insights to support business decisions 
• Research market conditions and evolving industry patterns 
• Document processes and contribute to analytics best practices 
• Recommend improvements and new data-driven initiatives
