Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across key business areas including Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, HR, Risk Management, and Global IT.
You will work with large datasets from multiple sources, transform data into meaningful visualizations, and support the data-driven culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive and insightful dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Perform data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and outliers to generate meaningful business insights.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines meet analytical requirements.
• Conduct data validation, profiling, and ensure data integrity across sources.
• Document data definitions, processes, and reports for business transparency and compliance.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests from internal teams.
  

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:

• Power BI – strong hands-on experience in building dashboards and reports
• SQL – advanced querying skills with relational databases
• Python – strong knowledge for data manipulation and analysis
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Azure Databricks or Databricks Notebooks
• Understanding of Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with PySpark
• Knowledge of statistical or machine learning techniques
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (or similar certifications)
