The ideal candidate will transform complex business data into actionable insights, develop impactful dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across sales, operations, customer management, and business performance functions.RequiredExperience: 5-8 YearsKey Responsibilities• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and dashboards.• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and visualizations using Qlik Sense/QlikView.• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.• Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, revenue, service usage, and operational performance.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.• Support data-driven decision-making through regular and ad-hoc reporting.• Work closely with Data Engineering and BI teams to optimize reporting performance and data models.Required SkillsTechnical Skills• 5-8 years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.• Strong hands-on experience with:o Qlik Senseo QlikViewo SQLo Data Modellingo Dashboard Development & Visualization• Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and large datasets.• Strong understanding of KPI design, reporting frameworks, and business analytics.Domain Expertise• Experience in Telecom B2B domain is mandatory.• Understanding of telecom business processes, customer lifecycle, revenue analytics, service performance, and operational reporting.• Exposure to telecom KPIs and performance metrics.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern BI ecosystems.• Knowledge of data integration, ETL concepts, and data governance practices.• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
