A typical day might include the following:

Work on a project to centralize financial security reporting (AML/CFT – Anti‑Money Laundering / Counter‑Terrorist Financing) following internal audit and ACPR recommendations, with the aim of making the alerting process:

• More flexible (i.e., allowing business teams to manually adjust alert thresholds to avoid “cliff effects” that could enable customers to position themselves just below a fixed alert threshold);
• More efficient (by centralizing and comparing different alerts to ensure they are exhaustive and reliable).

The scope of the role includes contributing to:

• The validation of business rules related to AML/CFT by conducting statistical studies based on the rules provided by the business owners (MOA);
• The development of financial security monitoring dashboards covering the Savings and Protection perimeter;
• The reporting of anomalies.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Query languages (SQL);
• Power BI (dashboards);
• Code versioning (Git);
• Knowledge of relational data modeling systems for life insurance and protection products;
• Understanding of AML/CFT challenges and alerts, as well as the associated regulatory reporting;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
• French speaking, at least B2 level;
• Enthusiasm, self-confidence, curious, autonomous and really keen to develop your skills.
