We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst with GCP to join our team in Cluj.

Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll translate user interactions and hardware usage into insights that drive product growth.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Proficient SQL: Ability to query BigQuery independently using window functions, CTEs, and complex joins to analyze user behavior.
• Data Visualization: Mastery of Power BI (DAX) and/or Looker to create dashboards that track KPIs like "Monthly Active Users" or "Device Connectivity Rates."
• Product Analytics: Experience with funnel analysis, retention curves, and churn prediction within a consumer app context.
• Git Basics: Comfort using Git to manage your own analysis scripts or Looker dashboards.
• Stakeholder Management: The ability to explain to Product Managers why users are dropping off between "Selecting a Recipe" and "Starting the Device."
• Own core business metrics (e.g., MAU, Active Devices, Session Duration) and ensure definitions are consistent across dashboards, teams, and tools.
• Partner with mobile, developer to influence event tagging, design, naming conventions and data completeness before data hits BigQuery.

Nice to Have:

• dbt Exposure: Ability to read dbt models to understand the logic behind the tables you are querying.
• Statistical Analysis: Knowledge of A/B testing (e.g., testing different UI layouts for the device control panel).
• Storytelling: Ability to turn a complex data deep-dive into a 3-slide executive summary.
