We are seeking a versatile Data Engineer with AI expertise to join our team. You’ll bridge the gap between raw data and intelligent insights — building pipelines, analyzing trends, and implementing AI-driven solutions that empower our marketing, e-commerce, and operational teams to make smarter, faster decisions.

Requirements

• Strong command of SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows (Airflow, dbt or similar).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data warehouses/lakes (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with scikit-learn or similar libraries.
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs (OpenAI API, LangChain, RAG pipelines) to automate analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven approach focused on delivering measurable business value.

As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI/ML workflows.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, performance trends, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and marketing automation.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and management teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Implement data quality controls, validation systems, and optimization strategies for accuracy and reliability.
• Leverage AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) to automate reporting, data analysis, and insight generation.
• Document workflows, track versioning, and ensure transparency through Git-based collaboration.
